NIKOLA TESLA
MAN AHEAD OF HIS TIME
(or How To Build a UFO)
By Bill Jones
Nikola Tesla, inventor of alternating current motors, did the
basic research for constructing electromagnetic field lift-and-drive
aircraft/space craft. From 1891 to 1893, he gave a set of lectures
and demonstrations to groups of electrical engineers. As part of
each show, Tesla stood in the middle of the stage, using his 6' 6"
height, with an assistant on either side, each 7 feet away. All 3
men wore thick cork or rubber shoe soles to avoid being electrically
grounded. Each assistant held a wire, part of a high voltage, low
current circuit. When Tesla raised his arms to each side, violet
colored electricity jumped harmlessly across the gaps between the
men. At high voltage and frequency in this arrangement, electricity
flows over a surface, even the skin, rather than into it. This is a
basic circuit which could be used by aircraft / spacecraft.
The hull is best made double, of thin, machinable, slightly
flexible ceramic. This becomes a good electrical insulator, has no
fire danger, resists any damaging effects of severe heat and cold,
and has the hardness of armor, besides being easy for magnetic
fields to pass through.
The inner hull is covered on it's outside by wedge shaped thin
metal sheets of copper or aluminum, bonded to the ceramic. Each
sheet is 3 to 4 feet wide at the horizontal rim of the hull and
tapers to a few inches wide at the top of the hull for the top set
of metal sheets, or at the bottom for the bottom set of sheets.
Each sheet is separated on either side from the next sheet by 1 or 2
inches of uncovered ceramic hull. The top set of sheets and bottom
set of sheets are separated by about 6 inches of uncovered ceramic
hull around the horizontal rim of the hull.

The outer hull protects these sheets from being short-circuited
by wind blown metal foil (Air Force radar confusing chaff), heavy
rain or concentrations of gasoline or kerosene fumes. If
unshielded, fuel fumes could be electrostatically attracted to the
hull sheets, burn and form carbon deposits across the insulating
gaps between the sheets, causing a short-circuit. The space, the
outer hull with a slight negative charge, would absorb hits from
micro-meteorites and cosmic rays (protons moving at near the speed
of light). Any danger of this type that doesn't already have a
negative electric charge would get a negative charge in hitting the
outer hull, and be repelled by the metal sheets before it could hit
the inner hull. This wouldn't work well on a very big meteor, I
might add.
The hull can be made in a variety of shapes; sphere, football,
disc, or streamlined rectangle or triangle, as long as these metal
sheets, "are of considerable area and arranged along ideal
enveloping surfaces of very large radii of curvature," p. 85. "My
Inventions" , by Nikola Tesla.
The power plant for this machine can be a nuclear fission or
fusion reactor for long range and long-term use to run a steam
engine which turns the generators. A short range machine can use a
hydrogenoxygen fuel cell to run a low-voltage motor to turn the
generators, occasionally recharging by hovering next to high voltage
power lines and using antennas mounted on the outer hull to take in
the electricity. The short-range machine can also have electricity
beamed to it from a generating plan on a long-range aircraft /
spacecraft or on the ground.

One standard for the generators is to have the same number of
magnets as field coils. Tesla's preferred design was a thin disc
holding 480 magnets with 480 field coils wired in series surrounding
it in close tolerance. At 50 revolutions per minute, it produces
19,400 cycles per second.
The electricity is fed into a number of large capacitors, one
for each metal sheet. An automatic switch, adjustable in timing by
the pilot, closes, and as the electricity jumps across the switch,
back and forth, it raises it's own frequency; a switch being used
for each capacitor.
The electricity goes into a Tesla transformer; again, one
transformer for each capacitor. In an oil tank to insulate the
windings and for cooling, and supported internally by wood, or
plastic, pipe and fittings, each Tesla transformer looks like a
short wider pipe that is moved along a longer, narrower pipe by an
insulated non-electric cable handle. The short pipe, the primary,
is 6 to 10 windings (loops) of wire co nected in series to the long
pipe. The secondary is 460 to 600 windings, at the low voltage and
frequency end.
The insulated non-electric cable handle is used through a set
Page 2

of automatic controls to move the primary coil to various places on
the secondary coil. This is the frequency control. The secondary
coil has a low frequency and voltage end and a maximum voltage and
frequency end. The greater the frequency the electricity, the more
it pushes against the earth's electrostatic and electromagnetic
fields.
The electricity comes out of the transformer at the high
voltage end and goes by wire through the ceramic hull to the wide
end of the metal sheet. The electricity jumps out on and flows over
the metal sheet, giving off a very strong electromagnetic field,
controlled by the transformer. At the narrow end of the metal
sheet, most of the high-voltage push having been given off, the
electricity goes back by wire through the hull to a circuit breaker
box (emergency shut off), then to the other side of the generators.
In bright sunlight, the aircraft / spacecraft may seem
surrounded by hot air, a slight magnetic distortion of the light.
In semi-darkness and night, the metal sheets glow, even through the
thin ceramic outer hull, with different colors. The visible light
is a by-product of the electricity flowing over the metal sheets,
according to the frequencies used.
Descending, landing or just starting to lift from the ground,
the transformer primaries are near the secondary weak ends and
therefore, the bottom set of sheets glow a misty red. Red may also
appear at the front of the machine when it is moving forward fast,
lessening resistance up front. Orange appears for slow speed.
Orange-yellow are for airplane-type speeds. Green and blue are for
higher speeds. With a capacitor addition, making it oversized for
the circuit, the blue becomes bright white, like a searchlight, with
possible risk of damaging the metal sheets involved. The highest
visible frequency is violet, like Tesla's stage demonstrations, used
for the highest speed along with the bright white. The colors are
nearly coherent, of a single frequency, like a laser.
A machine built with a set of super conducting magnets would
simplify and reduce electricity needs from a vehicle's transformer
circuits to the point of flying along efficiently and hovering with
little electricity.
When Tesla was developing arc lights to run on alternating
current, there was a bothersome high-pitched whine, whistle, or
buzz, due to the electrodes rapidly heating and cooling. Tesla put
this noise in the ultrasonic range with the special transformer
already mentioned. The aircraft / spacecraft gives off such noises
when working at low frequencies.
Timing is important in the operation of this machine. For
every 3 metal sheets, when the middle one is briefly turned off, the
sheet on either side is energized, giving off the magnetic field.
The next instant, the middle sheet is energized, while the sheet on
either side is briefly turned off. There is a time delay in the
capacitors recharging themselves, so at any time, half of all the
metal sheets are energized and the other half are recharging,
alternating all around the inner hull. This balances the machine,
giving it very good stability. This balance is less when fewer of
the circuits are in use.
Page 3
Fairly close, the aircraft / spacecraft produces heating of
persons and objects on the ground; but by hovering over an area at
low altitude for maybe 5 or 10 minutes, the machine also produces a
column of very cold air down to the ground. As air molecules get
into the strong magnetic fields that the machine is transmitting
out, the air molecules become polarized and from lines, or strings,
of air molecules. The normal movement of the air is stopped, and
there is suddenly a lot more room for air molecules in this area, so
more air pours in. This expansion and the lack of normal air motion
make the area intensely cold.
This is also the reason that the aircraft / spacecraft can fly
at supersonic speeds without making sonic booms. As air flows over
the hull, top and bottom, the air molecules form lines as they go
through the magnetic fields of the metal sheet circuits. As the air
molecules are left behind, they keep their line arrangements for a
short time, long enough to cancel out the sonic boom shock waves.
Outside the earth's magnetic field, another propulsion system
must be used, which relies on the first. You may have read of
particle accelerators, or cyclotrons, or atom smashers. A particle
accelerator is a circular loop of pipe that, in cross-section, is
oval. In a physics laboratory, most of the air in it is pumped out.
The pipe loop is given a static electric charge, a small amount of
hydrogen or other gas is given the same electric charge so the
particles won't stick to the pipe. A set of electromagnets all
around the pipe loop turn on and off, one after the other, pushing
with one magnetic pole and pulling with the next, until those gas
particles are racing around the pipe loop at nearly the speed of
light. Centrifugal force makes the particles speed closer to the
outside edge of the pipe loop, still within the pipe. The particles
break down into electrons, or light and other wavelengths, protons
or cosmic rays, and neutrons if more than hydrogen is put in the
accelerator.
At least 2 particle accelerators are used to balance each other
and counter each other's tendency to make the craft spin.
Otherwise, the machine would tend to want to start spinning,
following the direction of the force being applied to the particles.
The accelerators push in opposite directions.
As the pilot and crew travel in space, outside the magnetic
field of a world, water from a tank is electrically separated into
oxygen and hydrogen. Waste carbon dioxide that isn't used for the
onboard garden, and hydrogen (helium if the machine is using a
fusion reactor) is slowly, constantly fed into the inside curves of
both accelerators.
The high speed particles go out through straight lengths of
pipe, charged like the loops and in speeding out into space, push
the machine along. Doors control which pips the particles leave
from. This allows very long range acceleration and later
deceleration at normal (earth) gravity. This avoids the severe
problems of weightlessness, including lowered physical abilities of
the crew.
It is possible to use straight-line particle accelerators, even
as few as one per machine, but these don't seem as able to get the
best machine speed for the least amount of particles pushed out.

Using a constant acceleration of 32.2 feet per second per
second provides earth normal gravity in deep space and only 2
gravities of stress in leaving the earth's gravity field. It takes,
not counting air resistance, 18 minutes, 58.9521636 seconds to reach
the 25,000 miles per hour speed to leave the earth's gravity field.
It takes about 354 days, 12 hours, 53 minutes and 40 seconds (about)
to reach the speed of light - 672,487,072.7 miles per hour. It
takes the same distance to decelerate as it does to speed up, but
this cuts down the time delay that one would have in conventional
chemical rocketry enormously, for a long journey.
A set of superconducting magnets can be charged by metal sheet
circuits, within limits, to whatever frequency is needed and will
continue to transmit that magnetic field frequency almost
indefinitely.
A shortwave radio can be used to find the exact frequencies
that an aircraft / spacecraft is using, for each of the colors it
may show whole a color television can show the same overall color
frequency that the nearby, but not extremely close, craft is using
This is limited, as a machine traveling at the speed of a jet
airliner may broadcast in a frequency range usually used for radar
sets.
The craft circuits override lower frequency, lower voltage
electric circuits within and near their electromagnetic fields. One
source briefly mentioned a 1941 incident, where a shortwave radio
was used to override automobile ignition systems, up to 3 miles
away. When the shortwave radio was turned off, the cars could work
again. How many UFO encounters have been reported in which
automobile ignition systems have suddenly stopped?
I figure that things would not be at all pleasant for drivers
of modern cars with computer controlled engine and ignition systems.
Computer circuitry is sensitive to small changes in voltage and a
temporary wrong-way voltage surge may wipe the computer memory out.
It could mean that a number of drivers would suddenly be stranded
with their cars not working should such a craft fly low over a busy
highway. Only diesel engines, already warmed up, and Stanley
Steamer type steam engine cares are able to continue working in a
strong electromagnetic field. In May, 1988, it was reported that
the U.S. Army had lost 5 Blackhawk helicopters and 22 crewmen in
crashes caused by ordinary commercial radio broadcasting overriding
the computer control circuits of those helicopters. Certainly,
computer circuits for for this aircraft / spacecraft can and must be
designed to overcome this weakness.
One construction arrangement for this craft to avoid such
interference is for the metal sheet circuits to be more sharply
tuned. Quartz or other crystals can be used in capacitors; in a
very large number of low-powered, single frequency circuits, or as
part of a frequency control for the metal sheet circuits.
The aircraft / spacecraft easily overrides lower frequency and
lower voltage electric circuits up to a 6 mile wide circle around
it, but the effect is usually not tuned for such a drastic show. It
can be used for fire fighting: by hovering at a medium-low height at
low frequency, it forms a double negative pole magnet of itself and
the ground, the sides being a rotation of positive magnetic pole.
Page 5
It polarizes the column of air in this field. The air becomes
icy cold. If it wouldn't put the fire out, it would slow it down.
Tesla went broke in the early 1900's building a combination
radio and electric power broadcasting station. The theory and
experiments were correct but the financiers didn't want peace and
prosperity for all.
The Japanese physicist who developed superconducting material
with strong magnetism allows for a simplified construction of the
aircraft / spacecraft. Blocks of this material can be used in place
of the inner hull metal sheets. By putting electricity in each
block, the pilot can control the strength of the magnetic field it
gives off and can reduce the field strength by draining some of the
electric charge. This allows the same amount of work to be done
with vastly less electricity used to do it.
It is surprising that Jonathan Swift, in his "Gulliver's
Travels", 1726, third book, "A Voyage to Laputa", described an
imagined magnetic flying island that comes close to being what a
large superconducting aircraft / spacecraft can be build as, using
little or no electric power to hover and mover around.

Starship Engines
By: Anthra Andromda
Starship engines come in two flavors; for strictly interstellar
propulsion, and for combined interstellar/planetary travel and
atmospheric use. This paper will treat the latter of these. The
engine described here is suitable for either interstellar or
atmospheric travel.
This engine is of a dual-mode design; it will optionally produce
either gravitons or tachyons.
ENGINE DESIGN
The engine or propulsion unit proper consists of six discrete
elements (see fig. 1).
1) the shield coil - required to protect the crew/inhabitants
of the ship from any harmful radiation. The shield
itself is a high-power electromagnet operating in a
steady state (DC).
2) the exciter coil is in reality an auto-transformer,
operating much like a 'Tesla coil', but at much higher
power levels, voltages, and frequency. Its purpose is
to excite the atomic structure of the core material
into production of either tachyons or gravitons (these
two events occur at different power levels and
frequencies).
3) This element is the 'pump', its operation is much like a
magnetic shock-tube. It will start and maintain
movement of particles from the core in the direction of
the exhaust.

4) The focusing element. Here the responsibility is to shape
the particle stream into something useful. This is the
element that can either make the basic unit an engine
or a weapon.
5) The core, is a stack of particle producers separated by
some insulating material. In a dual mode engine the
material for one kind of particle acts as an insulator
for the other.
6) Not shown in the figure is the control system, this is
normally a collection of high speed computers and high
energy power control circuits.

ENGINE SHIELDING
The shield coil surrounding the 'engine unit' is of a design that
will allow for the development of high magnetic fields. This field
is required especially in interstellar propulsion; tachyons can be
very ionizing and therefore destructive.
The magnetic shield can me made by using large gauge wire (low gauge
numbers) and winding many turns.
The gage of the wire is important here, as it will determine the
amount of electrical current that the magnet can handle.
If it is at all possible, the use of small diameter, insulated
copper tubing may be used. By pumping coolant through the magnet
larger fields may be generated.
Page 2
On the outside of the shield magnet a material such as 'mu-metal' or
some other magnetic shielding should be used, so as to further
shield the operators from the engine.
This sub-system is probably the most difficult to build. While the
construction of the magnet itself is not difficult, the power supply
may be another matter.
Electromagnets, by their nature, develop a field that is
proportional to the amount of current (amperes) flowing through
them. Thus it is important to build a power source that can not only
develop a sufficiently high voltage, but it must also supply the
required current. This power should be as close to 'pure' DC (direct
current) as possible.
EXCITER COIL
The exciter of the system is very much like the 'Tesla coil' or
auto-transformer. As an example of an auto-transformer, I submit the
television 'flyback' transformer.
While these examples are by comparison crude, they will serve in the
construction of a model. As in the auto-transformer, the 'turns
ratio' is important. The higher the ratio the greater the voltage
that may be developed.
Another important factor here is the impedance of the sub-system.
Since this will be working at high frequencies (several megahertz
for graviton production, and 10 to 100 times higher for tachyons)
the AC resistance or impedance must be taken into account, this
impedance must be kept to a
minimum.
This part of the system, like the shield, does its job by the
magnetic field it generates, therefore, the current flow through the
exciter must be as high as possible, though not as high as the
shield.
Again the power supply is important, it should be able to provide
the necessary voltage (several hundred volts) at moderately high
current levels (up to 30 amps).
THE PUMP
This element functions much like a 'magnetic shock tube' but again
at high frequencies (megahertz). While the power levels here are
somewhat reduced, it is still important to have enough power to do
the job.
The function of the pump is to 'pull' quanta of either gravitons or
tachyons from the 'stack' and send them down the length of the
engine.
This is done by setting up a traveling magnetic wave, see fig. 3 for
a crude schematic of this pump. It is again important to consider
the impedance of this component.

| | | | | | | | |
--------------------------------------->
It will be noticed that the input to this element is pulsed DC, and
that the element is referred to as an AC element.
The nature of this such that it functions in the following manner.
When power is applied the capacitors charge in turn creating the
effect of many smaller electromagnets stacked end to end, when the
last capacitor in the chain is charged, power is removed, thus
allowing the capacitors to discharge
(high voltage/current diodes across each magnet element
will allow for proper discharge of the capacitors).
When the capacitors are discharged power is once again applied.
Because of the nature of the pulsed DC and the current requirements,
high speed switching electronics are called for to control this
element.
FOCUSING ELEMENT
The focusing element used here would be much like the 'yoke' used in
television. The purpose here is to create a beam of particles and to
'bend' that beam in the desired direction.
The requirements for the focusing coils are greatly relaxed, but,
the need for high power still exists.
CONTROL SYSTEM
If this system were to be used only as a 'steady state demo' the
requirements here would be small.
Simple power supplies and switching circuits would be the only
requirement. However, if the system were to be used in a starship
the requirements would change.
In a flight situation the dynamic control of 'exhaust' and power
levels would exist. If used in a planetary mode, one could probably
'get away' with using something like a personal computer (I
personally would recommend at least a '386' based machine).
However if used in interstellar flight then the use of something
like a 'Cray' would be more in order (though I would doubt that even
the fastest of machines known here on earth would suit).
In an interplanetary mode, where one is not traveling 'faster than
light', again a PC (486) would probably work.
So that's basically it. A suitable air/space frame for a ship and
Page 4
three of these engines and one could go 'star-hopping'. Though I
would warn against 'faster than light' travel due to the 'unknown'
factors involved.
It has been said that when one attempts to travel faster than light
it must be done 'smartly', i.e. the "jump to light speed". It is
said that to merely accelerate through the light 'limit' is
dangerous.

This is an article that appeared in a magazine called `Flying
Saucers' that was written in 1967 by Maj. Donald E. Keyhoe.
SAUCERS SECRET : ANTIGRAVITY
Editor's Note: Major Keyhoe has been writing about Unidentified
Flying Objects (UFO's) for over 15 years.
[written in 1967.Vangard]
From the outset he has insisted that flying saucers
are real and interplanetary, and many authorities
have come to agree with him.
Now he claims that control over gravity itself is
the only explanation for the astounding maneuvers
which saucers are said to make.
Some physicists dismiss this theory as
fundamentally erroneous. But, as you will read,
there are others who find Major Keyhoe's latest
chapter in "The Great Flying Saucer Story"
important and plausible.
What goes up (and around ) does not necessarily have to come down.
Major Keyhoe maintains `Not known fields of force' allow saucers
to behave peculiarly: To hover motionlessly, turn on a dime, and
accelerate at fantastic speeds. And only a crash `G' program on
our part can counteract it.
By Maj. Donald E. Keyhoe
One night last February, over the North Pacific, a Flying
Tiger Airlines crew had a startling aerial encounter. What they
saw is a clue to a fantastic technical mystery. In its solution
lies a prize so great that six government agencies are searching
for it right now. The answer may not be far off. What they are
searching for is the secret of gravity control.
About midnight on February 15, the Flying Tiger plane,
carrying a military group from the U.S. to Japan, was four hours
out of Anchorage. Suddenly the cockpit radar picked up three fast-
moving objects. The plane captain and his crew looked out at the
side and saw three huge oval-shaped ships, glowing red in the
night.
An Air Force captain who was a passenger on the plane was
called forward to confirm the sighting. His signed report is in
the files of the National Investigations Committee on Aerial
Phenomena.
According to the captain's report, the unknown machines
slowed down to the airliner's speed and flew in close formation.
Five miles away, by radar range, they leveled off to pace the
plane.
Page 1
The Air Force captain computed their length as much more than
700 feet. It was plain that the giant Unidentified Flying Objects
had an unknown type of propulsion. No jets, no exhausts were
visible. For 30 minutes, still in formation, they continued to
pace the plane. Then, swiftly accelerating to 1,200 knots, they
climbed out of sight in seconds.
This startlingly swift acceleration is a maneuver that could
not be duplicated by any ship now made on Earth. What makes it
possible for UFO's? According to many scientists and engineers,
there is only one possible answer. The answer is ANTIGRAVITY :
artificial gravity fields and control of gravity power.
Control of gravity is something that men have been dreaming
about for centuries. Now it appears that we are on the threshold
of achieving it. Its value, to the country that first attains it,
is incalculable. Our government, hoping for a technical
breakthrough, has set up 46 different research projects on various
aspects of gravity control. The Air Force is running 33 of these
projects and the others are divided among five other agencies.
Included in the 46 government projects are experiments and
research at two Air Force Laboratories (Flight Dynamics and
General Physics Research), Radio Corporation of America,
Massachusetts Institute of Technology and several technical
engineering centers. In addition, official projects are being
carried out at Barkley and Dexter Laboratories, Fitchburg,
Massachusetts; Israel Institute of Technology; the Universities of
California, Denver, Harvard, Indiana, Manchester (England),
Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio, Purdue, Stockholm (Sweden),
Syracuse, Texas, and two New York schools - Queens College and
Yeshiva Graduate School of Science.

And, of course, some government agencies have projects so
secret that they are not publicly registered and cannot be
revealed without permission.
Private industry is also looking at the question of gravity
control with new seriousness. A large number of giant
corporations, including Bell Aerospace, General Electric, Hughes
Aircraft, Boeing, Douglas and many others, have set up gravity
projects.
If you add up all the known gravity programs being run by the
government and private industry, you get somewhere between 65 and
70 projects. This means there is a heavy concentration of
scientific and engineering brains working on the problem.
One leading scientist who is convinced that UFO's are
spaceships using gravity control is Dr. Hermann Oberth. Doctor
Oberth, a recognized authority, was co-designer of the V-2 rocket
and later a U.S. special consultant at Huntsville, Alabama, one of
the installations where important antigravity research is now
underway.
"With ordinary propulsion," Doctor Oberth told me in 1961,
"such violent accelerations and maneuvers would endanger the ship.
Also, the force would crush any creatures aboard against the rear
or sides of the machine. But with an artificial gravity field the
Page 2
force applies simultaneously to the passengers and the spaceship.
Even in swift changes of speed and direction, the ship is not
strained and the passengers feel nothing."
Today, Doctor Oberth is willing to go further. He is now of
the opinion "that energy, inertia and gravitational fields are
only aspects of one and the same thing" and that it will prove
impossible to separate them from each other. What he has in mind,
he says, is "not yet known fields of force" which can be used to
accelerate material objects in a way similar to the force of
gravity.
Another noted authority who agrees that UFO's are using
artificial G fields is William P. Lear, Sr. multimillionaire
inventor, pilot, designer of air and space equipment and builder
of jet aircraft. Lear, who once sighted a UFO from his executive
plane, predicts that future U.S. vehicles will also use artificial
gravity. "The people on board would probably not feel any more
effect," Lear says, "than they do from the tremendous speed of the
Earth as it rotates and orbits the sun."
Several years ago, Glenn Martin's vice-president for advanced
design, G.S. Trimble, predicted that by 1985 practically all
airliners would be using artificial gravity, flying at almost
unbelievable speeds. At about the same time, future airliner
speeds of 10,000 mph or more were pictured by Dr. Walter
Dornberger, then Bell Aircraft's chief guided-missile scientist
and now president of Bell aerospace.
Grover Loening, pioneer aircraft builder and consultant to
the Air Force, said it even more strongly. "I firmly believe that
before long man will acquire the ability to build an
electromagnetic contragravity mechanism that works," he stated.
A top official of Bethlehem Steel, Jesse V. Honeycutt, has
indicated some of the results we can expect if Loening is right.
"Serious research is being concentrated on in an attempt to solve
the mystery of gravity and bring about a control of its power....
It would bring about a greater revolution in power, transportation
and many other fields than the discovery of atomic power," he
stated.
Antigravity? It seems inconceivable. Yet, the search goes on
and many responsible men believe the answer will be found. And, to
my mind, it is the only possible explanation for the performance
of the UFO'S.
The stakes are so high that no clue can be overlooked. The
Air Force Technical Intelligence, hunting for overlooked leads, is
carefully checking hundreds of verified UFO reports. Hopefully,
some of them will help us find out how these strange vehicles
operate.
Four days before Christmas, 1964, a round, metallic craft
about 125 feet in diameter was observed to make a brief landing in
a field near Staunton, Virginia. Two Du Pont scientists later took
Geiger counters to the site.
"It was `hot'- highly radioactive," Du Pont engineer Lawrence
Cook reported. "We checked for 45 minutes-it was definitely
`hot.'"

In Puerto Rico, near dusk on December 26, 1964, Ramey Air
Force Base radar spotted two large discs. As A4D jets streaked up
to pursue them, the discs accelerated to terrific speed. Making
instant right-angle turns-impossible for any known aircraft-they
vanished over the Atlantic.
On March 21, 1965, Capt. Yoshiaki Inada, piloting a Toa
Airlines Convair on a domestic Japanese flight, was chased by a
"mysterious, elliptical luminous object." Flying close to the
plane, the UFO blanked out his radio and "violently interferred"
with his automatic direction finding equipment.
Puzzling earlier cases also are being rechecked. On July 1,
1954, an AF F-94 - a two-man jet-was scrambled to chase a UFO near
Walesville, New York. When the pilot tried to close in, a sudden,
unbearable heat filled the cockpit. Half-dazed the pilot and radar
officer bailed out. The jet crashed in the street, killing two
children and their parents.
These odd phenomena, high radiation, mysterious heat and
electrical interference may be side effects of gravity control
devices.
Like most people, you probably took gravity for granted
before space flights began. Now you know, for example, that one
"G" is the Earth's normal gravitational pull. This is what holds
you to the seat of your chair-and more importantly, keeps you from
being tossed into the air by the Earth's rotation. You feel two or
three G's in a roller coaster or a stunting plane-a mere hint of
what our astronauts have to endure during blast-off and
acceleration.
But gravity causes a lot of trouble and expense we seldom
think about. Aircraft and rocket builders have to provide heavy
engines, huge weights of fuel, just to offset gravity. In
construction of buildings, bridges, and in a hundred other ways, G
affects our lives and adds billions to the cost of work.
Gravity control could reduce or end many of these problems.
How soon can we expect antigravity ?
Some researchers say it may take a long time. Others believe
there may be a sudden breakthrough. If that happens, there will be
some fantastic results.
First, obviously, our space program would take a big leap
forward. Instead of our present wasteful rockets, we could build
spaceships matching the UFOs' high speeds and maneuvers. With such
advanced ships, we could make swift flights to the moon and the
planets.
Recently, Alexander de Seversky stated that "with abundant
energy available, we will move in space with constant acceleration
or deceleration. Accelerating halfway to our goal and decelerating
the rest of the way at one G or 32.2 feet per second, the moon
will be reached in three and a half hours, Venus in 36 hours, Mars
in two days, Jupiter in six."
Page 4

According to Oberth, German physicist Burkhard Heim and other
scientists, gravity control will enable spaceships to reach even
greater speeds than these. With such advanced machines, we could
explore the nearest star systems a century or more ahead of our
present timetable.
Using carrier or "parent" ships with short-range probes, we
could fully explore a planet - either by remote control or direct
observation - before attempting to land. Many cases are on record
in which large UFO's have lunched small units, apparently for
close observation of the Earth, then retrieved them in swift,
precise operations.
In one such case (an official AF Intelligence report), groups
of small UFO's flying at 5240 mph. were seen and tracked by the
crew of an AF B-29. One group, after abruptly slowing to pace the
bomber, resumed its speed within seconds. The small UFO's were
then seen to merge with or go aboard a huge carrier which
accelerated to more than 9,000 mph before it disappeared.
Because of G-crafts' tremendous speeds, the picture of
possible military operations becomes hair-raising. Let's take as a
basis the figure in a documented case at White Sands Proving
Ground, where Navy scientists saw and tracked a UFO flying at
18,000 mph.
Such terrific speeds could put bombers back into the picture
in place of missiles. Attacks by G-bombers from base near major
targets would take less than five minutes. If a "brush-fire" war
broke out halfway around the world, a huge G-transport carrying a
fully armed division or even an army could be on the scene in 40
minutes, or less.
Another effect of gravity control will be a big change in air
travel. Here's what a G-liner trip would be like, according to
several researchers. Let's say you are making a making a flight
from New York to London. Your seat has no safety belts - none are
needed. The ship takes off vertically, accelerating at incredible
speed. You feel weightless but you feel no motion.
The airliner arcs up into a great circle course, silently,
with no "bumps" - no rough air. In 10 to 15 minutes, London
suddenly takes shape below. There is no long approach, skimming
over rooftops. You descend vertically and land. If traffic is
heavy, your pilot would stop the ship in midair and hover until
cleared.
In spite of the speed, you'd be safer - especially in regard
to many of the strange eddies which have thrown jet airliners into
uncontrollable dives.
In probing the riddle of gravity, project scientists try
widely different approaches - some even contrary to accepted
natural laws.
[Does the following experiment sound familiar???....Vangard]
Under an Army contract, a University of Detroit team has
built a 4,000-pound, specially wired rotor which spins at 100,000
rpm. With this unique device, scientists are testing gravitational
radiation theories searching for a possible key to G control.

Using gravity meters based on new principles of physics Air
Force teams make frequent flights around the equator and over the
poles, to speed up world wide measurement of the Earth's
gravitational pull. Tied in with this is a network of gravity
stations and special projects all over the world.
Though no breakthrough has occurred (unless in highly secret
projects) two significant facts have been established.
1. The Earth's G field is relatively weak, compared with the
pull of gravity between planets and the sun.
2. There is a connection between gravity and electromagnetic
fields.
Igor Sikorsky, discussing the colossal force of spatial G,
says a steel cable about 8,000 miles thick would be needed to hold
the Earth in its orbit - if it were not for gravity.
But, fortunately for our anti-G search, the Earth's gravity
pull, for objects on the ground or at average flight altitudes, is
fairly small. Likewise, the force required to cancel its pull
would be relatively small - if a method can be found.
Using various barriers we can shield ourselves from heat,
light and sound waves. But, so far, no way has been found to
create a gravity shield. Some scientists still call the gravity
shield idea a "lunatic fringe" notion. But many now refuse to say
that such a thing is completely impossible.
Are UFO's using a gravity shield ? In an effort to find out,
the Air Force is renewing its attempts to capture a UFO. If we
could get one on the ground, undamaged, it might make possible a
big shortcut in our gravity research and save us years of slow,
tedious scientific work.
[As many of our user have heard, this capture of one or more
UFO's is said to have done, refer reports by John Lear and
the physicist Lazar......Vangard]
In the past, many Air Force pilots have tried to down UFO's,
without success. But the Air Force has new reason for hope now,
based on the recent increase on low-altitude UFO approaches and
"touch landings."
On the night of January 12, 1965, an officer of a federal law
enforcement agency had a close encounter. As he was driving his
official car toward Blaine Air Force Station, in Washington, a
flying disc 30 feet in diameter hurtled down at his automobile. At
the last moment the disc arched up steeply, avoiding collision.
When the officer jumped out, he saw the UFO hovering overhead.
After a minute, it shot up into clouds at high speed. A short time
afterward, the UFO or a similar one - was seen landing in a field
near Blaine, melting the snow and scorching the ground before it
took off. When the AF questioned the federal officer, they said
they had tracked the UFO by radar as it raced down toward his car.
This officer, like many other UFO witnesses was warned by his
superiors not to let his name be used in connection with the
sighting.
Page 6

On January 27, 1965, two NASA engineers sighted a UFO which
touch landed near Hampton, Virginia. One witness was Maj. John
Nayadley, a retired AF jet pilot. The other was A.G. Crimmins, who
saw the strange machine maneuvering toward the ground.
"It was zigzagging as if searching for a landing spot," said
Crimmins. "I watched it through 20 x 50 binoculars and I could see
flashing lights. They appeared to be on the rim of a rapidly
rotating disc."
Before anyone could reach the spot, the flying disc took off
and rapidly climbed out of sight.
The step-up in UFO chases was demonstrated at Washington,
D.C. on January 11, 1965, when AF jets pursued several flying
objects over the city. The chase was confirmed by an Army
Lieutenant-Colonel and a group of Army communications specialists.
If jets had been near any of the "touch" sites, they might
have swarmed down and kept the UFO from getting away. But records
of previous attempts to capture UFO's indicate it will be a tough
job.
Whether we capture a UFO or not, the search for the elusive
secret will go on. The connection between gravity and
electromagnetic fields may provide the key to the mystery.
For several sears, Burkhard Heim, director of the German
Research Institute of Field Physics at Goettingen, Germany, has
been searching for the answer to the gravity riddle. Finally,
Heim revealed that by direct experimentation he had discovered a
positive lead to antigravity. The discovery involved an
intermediate field, neither electromagnetic nor gravitational.
[Refer to NAZI1.ASC on KeelyNet at 214-324-3501]
The results, Heim stated, if applied to space fight, would be
direct levitation, conversion of electricity into kinetic energy
without any waste, and "immunizing the occupants and the
structures of such vehicles against any effects from acceleration
of the vehicle, however great and violent."
After the first shock, several scientists examined Heim's
claims.
"His approach is not in conflict with known laws of nature,
and it agrees with the quantum theory," A.R. Weyl said in an
analysis for the British magazine, Aeronautics.
"If Heim's theories were right, the amazing properties
commonly ascribed to the `mysterious flying saucers' would be, in
fact, sound physics and proper engineering."
Through Heim's work toward the goal of an actual antigravity
force researchers may discover new scientific laws and their work
may invalidate old theories. Some scientists are already saying
privately that Einstein's famous "general theory of relativity"
may turn out to be totally fallacious. Newton's law has also come
Page 7
in for attacks. However, Robert Forward, G expert of Hughes
Aircraft Company, uses the Einstein theory to show that it is
possible to partially nullify the Earth's gravitational field.
The amount of nullification obtainable with present-day technology
is extremely small, however. Forward predicts that some day, when
our technology is greatly advanced, we will be able to "create
artificial gravity fields at will."
With a real all-out effort this could happen a lot sooner
than the 10 or 20 years many scientists have in mind.
But getting enough top men to work in the field is a problem.
One scientist says, "Scientists are sensitive about their
reputations and many of them still think antigravity is a joke. If
they knew the facts, they'd be eager to get into it."
Fear among scientists is partially due to the Air Force
censorship of UFO reports. Air Force censors not only hide the
facts but also belittle those who publicly report UFO sightings.
One recent victim was Dempsey Bruton, chief of satellite
tracking at NASA's Wallops Island station in Virginia. On January
5, 1965, Bruton saw a strange round object flying at terrific
speed toward the station. After it passed overhead, the UFO shot
straight up out of sight. Using the elapsed time of six to nine
seconds - and angles and times reported by other witnesses, Bruton
said the speed was definitely "several thousand miles per hour,
possibly 8,000 mph. or even higher." The AF, implying he was
incompetent, rejected the report and said it was not evidence of
any technically superior machine.
But AF policy notwithstanding, the drive to get the secret of
antigravity is well underway. It can't be stopped now. But it can

be speeded up. We are already spending billions on the space
program on the race to the moon, to Mars. Harnessing gravity could
put us years ahead and save us enormous sums of money.
With control of the universe at stake, a crash program is
imperative. We produced the A-bomb, under the huge Manhattan
Project, in an amazingly short time. The needs, the urgency today
are even greater. The Air Force should end UFO secrecy, give the
facts to scientists, the public, to Congress. Once the people
realize the truth, they would back - even demand - a crash G
program.
For this is one race we dare not lose.

This is your Sysop, Warren York at Node 46. I have just taken over
as lead node to this UFO conference. This message base will be sent
out nation wide and perhaps international to all the other nodes in
this net who request it. I want to take the time to welcome all of
you to this section and I hope to provide a means of communication
in a subject area that needs to be explored on an open level.
I would like to request any and all of you who can help unlock the
truth with information and fact to feel free to contact me with any and
all you may have to offer. Your identity may be kept with a code name
if you wish but any leads or info on this subject is greatly needed.
This is not just a message base for reports of sightings but a place
where leads can be tracked down and update information displayed for
all interested persons. You all will be an extension of my arms and
eyes and together we can accomplish as a group that which no one person
alone can. Any topic dealing with the UFO subject will be welcome. Such
topics can and will enclude MJ-12, MIB, Contacts, physical evidence,
sightings and reports, newspaper clippings in your area and all other
connected topics. I have a large file of my own that I will comment and
display from time to time in hopes some of you out there can add to
related information you may know. I myself am a Pilot both fixed and
rotor wing with a background in Physics and electronics. I am at present
employed with an electronic company in the R & D Lab. And yes I have seen
a UFO up close or I would not be willing to follow up such a task as
this message base on hearsay alone. I have had a hobby of researching
unexplained phenomena for over 25 years with service time in both
U.S. Marines and U.S. Army. I was raised as an SAC U.S. Airforce brat.

It is time alot of this is brought out in the open for all to view.
The following is taken from a report given by the Navy photographer
involved in the event himself...
"Photographer [ blank ], assigned at White Sands, New Mexico. Most
of his time was spent photographing and documenting fatigue and stress
results on various metallic alloys after a variety of shock distresses.
Before July 7th, 1948, the most exciting part of his duty was sporadic
visits to the atomic test sites to document various after-effects of the
blast. -P Our source had heard that at approximately 1322 hours, the DEW
line early warning radar was tracking an object moving at speeds in excess
of 2,000 mph when it crossed into Washington State flying south by
southeas . Attempts by our interceptors to identify it resulted only in
seeing a metallic streak go by. Apparently the airwaves were filled with
talk of the object because two fighter pilots operating out of Dias Air
Base in Texas heard the flight path of the bogey and got themselves into
position over Albuquerque, New Mexico to attempt to either intercept it
or to identify it. -P As the UFO approached the two F-94's it was about
2,000 ft above their altitude of 9,000 ft and it made a 90 degree turn
without slowing down and headed east over Texas. This maneuver took place
at approximately 1401 hrs. Other pilots in the new flight path reported
that the object seemed to be slowing down and was wobbling in flight.
Several radar units tracking the object reported that it had slowed to a
speed of approximately 90 mph by 1413 hrs and by 1429 hrs it had
disappeared from all of the radar screens. -P Using triangulation from
all of the radar stations, it was determined that the object either landed
or crashed in Mexico in the state of Nuevo Leon at a point midway between
Nuevo Laredo and Sabinas River, approximately 30 miles south of Laredo,TX.

Wendelle C. Stevens is not in prison. He has been out for sometime now
and if you have addition information reative to the Meier case, I know
he'd be very interested in what you have to say. The Col. and I spent
the weekend together at the MUFON Conference discussing much of the info
he has just released. Most of it is left over after he wrote UFO Contact
From The Pleiades. On that case I work the PSE to determind if 'Billy'
did believe in his own story. Some of my findings did not come out until
later after publication. Billy and I did correspond during that time and
I had to clear my intent as to what I wanted to do with this PSE. Oddly
enough not only did that open doors with him, also with the 'Beamships'
crew, mainly with Semjase before any testing could be done. Simply put,
objectivity, unbias, and not for selfish reasons other than agreed on with
her. Billy told Wendelle yes he would do the test. So after the second
tapes arrived from Wendelle, I cleared all questions of mine and all were
happy...as I was too. There were many things one might call odd during
this time-frame, as to give this example: The first night I worked on the
charts, it seemed as if I was in a room full of people and a strangeness
was felt not just by myself and also my wife. We were upset over nothing
as it would seem. I called Wendelle at home and asked him what the hell
was going on. His reply was, 'It's ok...I understand...when ever someone
gets involved with this they experience a strangeness that's unexplainable
and it will last a few days. It did and later I found out who was there
watching. I can say these thing's bcause I've been through them since I
was 15 years old, nothing has changed to date. Do I believe in 'Semjase'?
I can tell you she's one of the most beautiful women I have ever seen.
I ask again, do you want to be put in touch with Wendelle? No piece
of information is too small or too much, or of any different nature.

RAF-USAF Bentwaters, England. This case was presented on major network
news programs worldwide including a CNN 30 minute documentary. It
involved a UFO landing near a military base in England in December 1980
It was reported to have been observed by a US Air Force Colonel who was

present when humanoids emerged from the UFO!! A great amount of research

into US and British military silence turned up witnesses who told an

Lee sent us a quite fascinating picture, S1ENH.GIF. It is a black
and white picture of one of the ADAMSKI UFO photos that was scanned
into the computer and hen run through a program called IMPROCES
which is now listed on KeelyNet courtesy of Lee.
The black and white version shows cloud/vapor formations around the
ship which are quite obvious in the enhanced version. Both the
black and white original and the enhanced version were included by
Lee for comparison.
The IMPROCES program allows you to use different color palettes
under which to view files. That is what was done with the ADAMSKI
image. Of course, it is designed as a paint program. There are
other paint programs which have the palette exchange ability, so you
should try it with the ones you have. Some paint programs also have
FILTERS that might be useful (such as Publishers Paintbrush).
As Lee points out, the normal image in black and white shows nothing
unusual beyond your standard up close UFO photo <grin>, yet when
viewed with the color palette, it shows some kind of energy wave in
front of the shape and some kind of void behind it. When looking at
the black and white version closely, you can see some kind of cloud
or vapor rim that might relate to the enhanced version.
A quite fascinating treatment and one that opens up some intriguing
possibilities for the viewing of anomalous photos such as psychic,
paranormal, Fortean, UFO or other odd events that are lucky enough
to be photographed.
One of our friends knows Wendell Stevens out in Arizona. He says
Wendell has hundreds of original Meier photos and will try to borrow
a few that can be scanned in and enhanced using this process or
others. It might shed some light on the propulsion system.
We suggest if you have any photos or .GIFs that you experiment with
this program or similar ones. You never know what YOU may be the
discoverer of.

NINE UFO's REPORTED AT NEVADA TEST SITE
A recent upload (11/12/89) was contributed by Warren York of El Paso.
The report was apparently removed from a UFO conference and was rather
disjointed and sketchy. For additional information, we wish to thank
Cheyenne Turner and MUFON METROPLEX of Dallas.
The subject matter concerns a report aired on a Nevada TV station
stating that NINE UFO's had been witnessed at the Nevada Test Site
labeled by the military as Area 51.
Reports regarding the activities of aliens commonly referred to as the
Greys and as given by John Lear, Paul Bennewitz and William Moore
refer to this area as "Dreamland".
Physicist Robert Lazar was working for an unidentified government
agency at the Area 51 Test Site. His job function involved the
analysis of the method of propulsion used by these nine UFO's.
Lazar was fired from his position when it was discovered that he had
been discussing his work and the existence of the UFO's with persons
and groups outside his security clearance.
Lazar reports that he had one tire shot out while driving down the
freeway in Las Vegas, after being terminated.
John Lear, also well known in UFO circles, was fired from his job with
a Cargo carrier making charter flights in and out of Europe.
Lear was asked if the subject matter as expounded in his lectures was
representative of his personal beliefs, he said yes. His termination
was because his beliefs didn't fit the company image.
Lear was immediately hired by another airline.
The story of the NINE UFO's was reported and confirmed by Robert Lazar
to reporter George Knapp of KLAS-TV.
Again, the on-air claim that
"NINE UFO'S WERE BEING HELD FOR ANALYSIS AT THE
NEVADA TEST SITE IN NEVADA."
Anyone doubting this can call Channel 8, KLAS-TV @ 702-733-8850.

The Truth about Alternative 3
from its author, Leslie Watkins
(This article is taken from the Windwords newsletter)
address not available
In our June issue, we told you about the controversial book
Alternative 3, by British author Leslie Watkins. In out attempt to
find out if the shocking theories in the book were true, we called
Avon Books, the American publisher; they said the book was out of
print in the states. We called Penguin Books in London and found that
it was listed on their NON-FICTION list. A senior editor there told
us that it was officially classified as FICTION BASED ON FACT. The
author's agent told us it was most definitely fiction. We wrote to
the author himself to try to get the real story, and here is the
letter he sent us.
Dear Ms. Dittrich:
Thank you for your letter, which reached me today. Naturally, I am
delighted by your interest in Alternative 3 and by the fact that you
plan to sell it in the Windwords bookstore. I will certainly
cooperate in any way I can.
The correct description of Alternative 3 was given to you by the
representative from Penguin Books. The book is based on fact, but
uses that fact as a launchpad for a HIGH DIVE INTO FICTION. In answer
to your specific questions:
1) There is no astronaut named Grodin.
2) There is no Sceptre Television and the reported Benson is also
fictional.
3) There is no Dr. Gerstein.
4) Yes, a "documentary" was televised in June 1977 on Anglia
Television, which went out to the entire national network in
Britain. It was called Alternative 3 and was written by David
Ambrose and produced by Christopher Miles (whose names were on
the book for contractual reasons). This original TV version,
which I EXPANDED IMMENSELY for the book, was ACTUALLY A HOAX
which had been scheduled for transmission on April Fools' Day.

Because of certain problems in finding the right network slot,
the transmission was delayed.
The TV program did cause a tremendous uproar because viewers refused
to believe it was fiction. I initially took the view that the basic
premise was so way-out, particularly the way I aimed to present it in
the book, that no one would regard it as non-fiction. Immediately
after publication, I realized I was totally wrong. In fact, the
amazing mountains of letters from virtually all parts of the world-
including vast numbers from highly intelligent people in positions of
responsibility-convinced me that I had ACCIDENTALLY trespassed into a
range of top-secret truths.
Documentary evidence provided by many of these correspondents decided
me to write a serious and COMPLETELY NON-FICTION sequel.
Unfortunately, a chest containing the bulk of the letters was among
the items which were mysteriously LOST IN TRANSIT some four years when
I moved from London, England, to Sydney, Australia, before I moved on
to settle in New Zealand. For some time after Alternative 3 was
originally published, I have reason to suppose that my home telephone
was being tapped and my contacts who were experienced in such matters
were convinced that certain intelligence agencies considered that I
probably knew too much.
So, summing up, the book is FICTION BASED ON FACT. But I now feel
that I inadvertently got VERY CLOSE TO A SECRET TRUTH. I hope this is
of some help to you and I look forward to hearing from you again.
With best wishes,
Leslie Watkins
Unfortunately, Alternative 3 is no longer available. We (Windwords)
bought all the remaining copies from the British publisher and those
quickly sold out. If the book is reprinted, you can be sure we'll let
you know and we'll carry it in the Windwords bookstore.

Re: Comets and Prophets
Dear Duncan,
For some time now I have been going to write to you to congratulate
you on your magazine and to share a few thoughts with you. I must
say that out of all the material in your magazine which I, as a
natural health practitioner, and also as a Messianic Yahudi (Jew) by
religion, find to be extremely valuable, the part I find to be the
most inspiring and which gives me the most enjoyment is your
editorials. Absolutely brilliant!
However, to move on, there is one particular subject on which I
would like to share some insights. I was reminded of this a couple
of days ago when I heard that next year the northern hemisphere is
expecting the largest shower of meteorites EVER KNOWN; also, that a
comet is going to pass close to the Earth.
Now I'm not too sure on the truth of this; I believe it did come
from scientific circles - you may be able to verify it.
Anyway, what I wanted to share was the similarity of three
prophecies, one from Nostradamus, another from Mother Shipton, and a
third from the Book of Revelation. All three appear to point
towards the appearance of a comet (or something of the like) which
is the beginning (or warning) of the end of this age and the times
of trouble that are associated with it. (Like humans, the planet
has to go through a 'healing crisis'.)
Without further ado I will put the three side by side for you to
see:
Nostradamus - "The great star will burn for seven days and the
cloud will make the sun appear double. The great
mastif will howl all night long when the great
Pontiff changes his abode."
Mother Shipton - "A fiery dragon will cross the sky, Six times
before this earth will die... For seven days and
seven nights, Man will watch this awesome sight."

"The dragon's tail is BUT A SIGN, For mankind's
fall and man's decline."

"And I saw another mighty messenger coming down from heaven,
clothed with a cloud. And a rainbow was on his head, his face
like the sun, and his feet like pillars of fire....and he set
his right foot on the sea and his left foot on the land, and he
cried with a loud voice, as when a lion roars.
And when he cried out seven thunders uttered their
voices....and he swore by Him who lives forever and ever..."
Now while the Seven Thunders are NOT recorded in Revelation and are
sealed, we are given a glimpse of them in the Tanakh (Old Testament)
- Psalm 29 to be exact - I will not reproduce it here, but the
general picture is one of earthquakes, fires, flood, etc. I'm sure
you get the general idea!
I believe that the event outlined above will begin the most
dangerous time in mankind's history, with great deceptions for the
unwary.
Best wishes for the future of NEXUS. Keep up the good work.

There has been some speculation in this news group about the use of
advanced weapons in Panama, in this news group. I have been
investigating classified spending at the Department of Defense (the
so-called "black budget") and have found evidence that powerful
microwaves were directed at people during the Reagan administration.
I don't have all my papers with me as I type this (some are loaned
out to friends), but I have seen evidence that various military
agencies, particularly the U.S. Air Force, used the weapons to cause
illness. For example, they were used on anti-nuclear protesters
opposed to cruise missile in England. (sorry, I don't have the
report from "Electronics for Peace" handy right now). Here is an
actual quote on microwave weapons, taken from "Final Report on
Biotechnology Research Requirements for Aeronautical Systems through
the Year 2000", U.S. Air Force technical report AFOSR-TR-82-0643,
July 1982:
A rapidly scanning RFR (radiofrequency radiation) system could
provide an effective stun or kill capability over a large area.
System effectiveness will be a function of wave form, field
intensity, pulse widths, repetition frequency, and carrier
frequency. The system can be developed using tissue and whole
animal experimental studies, coupled with mechanisms and
waveforms effects research.
Another military reference can be found in "Low Intensity Conflict
and Modern Technology", a document issued by the Center for
Aerospace Doctrine, Research, and Education (CADRE), Maxwell Air

Force Base, 1986. In a section entitled "The Electromagnetic
Spectrum in Low Intensity Conflict", written by Capt. Paul E. Tyler,
USN, one comment that is made is:
The potential applications of artificial electromagnetic fields
are wide ranging and can be used in many military or quasi-
military situations. Some of these potentitial uses include
dealing with terrorist groups, crowd control, controlling
breeches of security at military installations, and
antipersonnel techniques in tactical warfare. In all of these
cases the EM (electromagnetic) systems would be used to produce
mild to severe physiological disruption or perceptual distortion
or disorientation. In addition the ability of individuals to
function could be degraded to such a point they would be combat
ineffective.
I don't know what the Clinton administration plans to do with the
use of high power microwave weapons, although I saw a magazine from
the Ballistic Missile Defense Office (formerly the SDI or "Star
Wars" office) about commercializing military technology. In there,
they suggest that high power microwaves can break down the CFCs that
are damaging the ozone layer. I have a photocopy of this article,
but I forgot to write down the reference. It shows a microwave
device that looks like a drum with a long pipe on it, made by
Physics International Co. of San Leandro, CA. They also believe that
it could be used to heat plasmas in nuclear fusion. Interestingly,
high power microwave devices are no longer part of the Defense
Dept.'s Critical Technologies Plan -- I wonder what limitations the
military found with these weapons?

Ron Barker found a videotape called "The Panama Deception" which
shows interviews with victims and citizens of Panama at the time of
the US invasion. They freely discuss unusual weapons that were used
by American troops on Panamian citizens and troops.
These weapons melted the tissue of the target much like a hight
intensity heat ray. It could cut through a vehicle instantly and
reports are that soldiers carrying a rifle and targeted with such a
weapon would melt as would their rifle. The tape can be rented from

Hi Jerry,
This is a message/file, at your discretion. I just finished reading two
books, "THE ALEXANDRIA PROJECT" by Stephen Schwartz, founder of the Mobius
Group, and "FAR JOURNEYS", by Robert Monroe.
Schwartz's book is the retelling of a psychic experiment, the purpose of
which was to locate the lost tomb of Alexander, using psychic "remote
viewing". Of couese, they were successful, or there would not have been a
book. They also found an ancient crypt, containing Alexander's bones.
Interestingly, the effort behind this book was inspired by the late Edgar
Cayce, who described past life experiences via the Akasha. As you know,
Tesla also referred to the Akasha as the source of ZP energy.
Monroe's book is a recounting of his OOBE's, or out-of-body-experiences. It
reads sort of like a bad 60's acid trip, but in some of the text, there are
some intriguing points made. He speaks of vibrational actions being
applied to the carbon atom, which according to Walter Russell, is the only
stable element. He also recounts a "trip" into the future, where people
use a "reball" or resonant energy balloon, to protect themselves from virus
and other forms of disease. Resonant energy, applied in this manner, is a
variation of the Tesla Shield, but more like the "bio-filter" popularized
in Star Trek, TNG.
In the first book, Akashic energy was used in a Gestalt context to locate
long-forgotten artifacts and sites...kind of like our attempt at the
Gestalt lottery, except that they were successful.
In the second book, earth society has apparently come to an acceptance of
both Akashic energy and of Russell's science, using them for positive
purposes. You can find either of these books at any library. I was not
expecting to find the correlations mentioned above when I checked them out,
but wanted to share them with you, regardless.

Best Always,

Vangard Note
Bearden used to publish a newsletter called the SPECULA. I remember an
issue which had an article by our local friend, Hal Crawford. Hal
suggested using a resonant feedback loop but phase shifted by 180 degrees
to cancel the energy of a disease "signature". A sample of the diseased
tissue was removed from the site and placed in a "witness" or detection
box. The emanations from that box were then run through an inverted
unity gain amplifier, this provided a 1:1 energy-in to energy-out match
yet was flipped to cancel the electrical force. It was a fascinating
concept but I don't know if anyone ever built it.

A Different Perspective on Alternative 3
by Bill Donavan
I had always considered Alternative 3 as something more than a hoax, as I'm
sure many of us have. It has been a visceral suspicion based upon a thing in
the back of the mind, call it a hunch. I know that there have been elements
which just do not fit, and it is based upon this that many have thrown out the
baby with the bath water without considering the premise as a whole, or the
implications of such.
With a knowledge of 'black operations' going on in the world, and various
conspiracy theories circulating which try to tie it all together based upon
each individuals fragmentary perspective, I will try to present my own limited
viewpoint. These theories represent a snapshot of each individual's knowledge
base of the situation at hand, and as such is in a constant state of evolution
or flux. Such is the case of William Cooper, Leslie Watkins, and a few others.
Leslie Watkins, in an open letter on the InterNet, acknowledged the fact that
he originally formulated Alternative 3 as a hoax to provoke a response, but
did not expect quite as much of a response as he did. In fact, the
'response' is part of the reason which he has moved to New Zealand to escape
those who terrorized him. I believe that the reason that he is still alive is
the fact that he did not have the whole picture. Each conspiriologist has been
diverted from the core of the problem. In many cases this has kept them alive.
In some instances, they have uncovered too much and have had an 'accident'. In
still others, they have remained alive by remaining public, or have been in
the position to be extremely conspicuous in their absence. By this, I mean
that to be in a sensitive position either professionally or socially, to wind
up dead or missing just validates what that person had to say all along. This
must be extremely frustrating to those of whom are in charge of damage
control. It gives them a feeling of powerlessness.
In my own case, I think that I have brushed up against those in the damage
control industry without actually locking horns, but then again I can't
actually be sure. No one has come forward and confessed, revealing that some
'random accident' has been their handiwork.
Then again, I have been threatened by an individual to harm members of my
family if I didn't cooperate with his demands. I never found out what the
demands were since I told him to kiss my ass and hung up on him. I'm still
here so far.
Now on to the elements of the theory. These are the items which I contend
are important deviations between Alternative 3, various conspiracy theories
and what I perceive is actually going on:
1) The 'alien treaty' that Bill Cooper talks about is much more than a
technology transfer.
There is evidence to the effect that the present state of inactivity in the
space program is not due to budgetary cutbacks as is the official explanation,
but is due to the 'policy committee'.
Speaking of which, what the hell would a policy committee do anyway? What
policy, or whose would they enforce? Policies usually refer to treaties, and a
'policy committee' is referred to in Alternative 3. A treaty with whom, or
what?
The logical explanation would be some alien power. And since no power on this
planet would have the technology to do what they seem to do, the logical
possibility would be an extraterrestrial one. It looks like a part of the
treaty would be to stay out of space as a physical presence. Some of the
reasons for this will be discussed later. Suffice it to say at this point that
a permanent space station would not be in their best interest.
2) There is no base on the moon or Mars.
Not only is there no evidence for this, but based on item number 1, there is
no way they can do this without a violation of the treaty. I do not know what
the penalty would be for violating the treaty, but I imagine it to be severe.
I think that at this point in time the powers which are signatories realize
that they are in a lose-lose situation. The ones which I refer to as aliens
(really a misnomer) treat this planetary culture as a developing nation. As
far as where the people are going in the book Alternative 3, I do have a few
guesses. Drawing upon the Montauk data, one possibility is not where, but
when. The 'aliens' could have been involved in a technological/genetic screwup
of monumental proportions.
Based upon some data from an individual who shall remain nameless, the
'aliens' tissue resemble human too much for it to be parallel evolution. It is
a continuation of our evolution, augmented or tampered with technologically.
We have met the enemy and they are us. From other data which I have seen, and
from the Roswell crash and alien autopsy, this view is also supported. There
is a device which is similar to to the 'datahand', a device recently invented
for super-efficient data entry on board the craft. This was in 1947. So
what is a 1994 keyboard doing on board a supposed aliencraft in 1947? Good

question. That is not the only weird artifact, however.
Scattered across the planet are odd objects which haven't been explained. In
fact, the only explanation would be time travel. In a geode in California is
seen what seems to be a spark plug embedded. That spark plug has recently been
identified as a Champion.
The geode is over 250,000 years old. It looks like an expedition went back
there, and somebody pulled out their chain saw to cut down a tree for
firewood, and the plug fouled out. Too bad their chain saw hadn't been
misplaced. I would have liked to have seen the explanation for that one.
Charles Fort cataloged quite a few more, like the footprints in Cambrian
fossilized material. Those footprints had shoes. I would hazard a guess that
if that fossil had been examined a little more closely, the brand name of the
shoe may be found.
Who knows from what distant time our descendants originate? One source puts a
tissue sample having 500 million years of genetic drift in it. However,
genetic engineering can skew that figure significantly. It could be as little
as 5000, or even 20,000 years based on that.
Their technological base could be borrowed from different cultures scattered
across time and space. And so the datahand in the 'alien' craft. Some
contactees claim that the inhabitants of the craft have told them that they
are here to collect genetic material, that they are sterile and in danger of
extinction.
Perhaps they are desperate enough to risk whatever is necessary to ensure the
survival of their/our species. This may in fact not be completely accurate
since they would have evolved toward becoming another species, but their
genetic roots are still here. According to another source, if a species which
has been genetically-overengineered goes back to the base stock, then the
corrupted genome can be restored. Is that what they're doing?
3) Those who disappear are not going to the moon or Mars.
I don't argue with the fact that they go somewhere, it's just not likely based
upon the points above that these people are going to outer space. Actually, if
the Montauk data is correct, and I have reason to believe that it is, then it
would be possible to create a space-time transfer port (time portal) and send
them there.
If they merely were on the moon or Mars, it might be possible to hijack a
shuttlecraft and make their way back to earth. And no one has to date come
forward with a story of being on the moon or Mars in a secret colony. Even on
Oprah.
So if Alternative 3 is true, let us assume that for the most part that
transfers to wherever/whenever they're going are one-way deals. You can't go
home if home has long since turned to dust. Also, it would be dangerous for
them to come back if there are microorganisms which have evolved for a future
hostile environment which they would have to be immunized against. It may
result in a plague here, not to mention a rather nasty causality loop.
But what if they were sent into the past? Good point. They would need to leave
the planet at some discreet point in prehistory to prevent discovery. Then
there's the genetic drift, footprints, and all the other stuff that can't be
explained.
And the legends of highly evolved technological societies which just 'popped'
into existence when Neanderthals were still digging roots out of the ground
with a stick. It all ties in somehow, it's just the exact nature of the links
which need to be revealed.
Where were they located? Ah, this is much easier when we deal with time-travel
to the past, since artifacts can be found. Since the geode was found in
California, my money is on that location as a possibility. Then there's the
legends of the 'old ones' setting up a base in Antarctica in Precambrian
times. There are so many legends pointing to so many different locations that
one wonders if several colonies may have been tried through time.
And then there's the face on Mars. Yep, back to Mars again. It has been
estimated to have been carved about 50,000 to 250,000 years ago, about the
time of the spark plug.
Geologists speculate that Mars had an Earthlike environment at that time, with
running water and possibly a breathable atmosphere. A good place to put a
colony. If you hijacked a shuttlecraft at that time, you still wouldn't wind
up here and now. So you wouldn't worry about escapees. Where would they go?
Richard Hoagland has done a lot of work on the links with the face and our own
culture. These links are at the least uncanny, and at the most creepy. How on
earth (pardon the pun) did a human face wind up on Mars? There has been a joke
about this to the extent that with a quarter-million years of erosion, the
tongue is no longer sticking out. But seriously, you would think that NASA
would want to investigate this thing rather than ignoring it.
But they don't. In fact this is the very thing which raises the hackles on
Hoagland. But, if they KNEW that it is in fact a human artifact, would they
want an investigation? Hell no! Not if they were going to risk a cosmic
Watergate.
Conclusion
You really need to experientially pull in all possible data to formulate a
conclusion while realizing that with all that you do know, it's still a
fraction of what's really out there. And all the other individuals each have a
piece of the puzzle, even though each believes they may have it all.
The animosity of fellow consipirologists is what keeps the puzzle from ever
being assembled. This 'divide and conquer' stratagem has been successful
throughout the ages. I predict that if conspirology ever really does pull
together all the pieces, then another layer of the onion may be peeled away to
reveal another level to solve. And another... And another.
Perhaps we may never discover what is really going on, but a view of what they
want us to see. For who is going to discriminate between a diversionary
tactic, and the truth? It has been said that a truth is best hidden between
two lies.
Enjoy the sandwich.
