to WARD CHRISTENSEN re: WHADDAYAKNOW?
Just happened to see your mention that you listen to Michael Feldman on
Saturday mornings. Have you seen the TV show on WGN on Sunday evenings?
I watched once, and it was so bad I was embarassed. Some things are better
on the radio, I guess.

to ALL re: GREETINGS FROM JAPAN
Greetings frm Japan. My name is Akira Shinjo, Japan's telecommunication
journalist writing books and articles about Computer telecommunications
and Networks for personal modem users. I was informed that this BBS was
the very first American BBS, and because I am writing about history and
current scene of American BBSs for Japanese 'Networker' magazine, I am
now calling here.
I would be much apprecaited if you give any informations about American
BBSs, such as history, topics, accidents, etc. Thanks in advance.
With best regards,
Akira Shinjo from Tokyo JAPAN

to CLIFF SHARP re: R/ACCESSING DOS SUBDIRS
Thx for the reply. I was "afraid" of that. Before jumping into it,
though, I preferred to field alternative ideas.BTW, your thought
about using CHMOD was something I looked into. No go.DOS protected
its rear end on that one. :-)
