* add svelte resources

* add SvelteKit section

* swap course for alphabetical orders

* fix spacing on SvelteKit section

* add space to fix lint error

* space in interactive tutorials

* no affiliations for books

* remove sveltekit section and move the resources to svelte

- removing sveltekit section
- moving all resources to svelte
- can confirm the individual youtube video has more than 1 hour length and provide course-like materials
