Mark Vejvoda da230fc73d Bugfix for LAN autofind servers. Needed to change the way we broadcast UDP so that we do it individually for each NIC's broadcast address. (see: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/683624/udp-broadcast-on-all-interfaces)

Added more error condition checks and re-throw runtime_error in SDL event handler so we get a nice messagebox in the game
