Added Settings and bug fixes

- Added $33 thru $36 spindle settings
- Added $14x for Trinamic run current
- Added $15x for Trinamic hold current
- Added $16x  for Trinamic Microstepping
- Added INPUT_PULLUP to control pin, that was removed by accident a few commits ago
