ts-soundhax: link soundhax site for msgbox

Browse Source 
Soundhax now links users directly to the file they need based on what they input in Get Started. This is a problem if people initially mis-input their system version. Link to soundhax.com first (for white message box error, which can happen in both cases). Also reword troubleshooting a bit to hopefully improve clarity.
