The export is such that the links are absolute, this is going to require some forethought but it seems like I'm going to need seperate functions for self-contained PDF/HTML and a folder of extracted media. just like ~html-dir~ add ~dw-dir~ using this script:
This would also deal with the export currently being mathml not mathjax - =~/bin/ImportHtml2Dokuwiki.sh=
