markup/goldmark: Add attributes support for blocks (tables etc.)

E.g.:

```
> foo
> bar
{.myclass}
```

There are some current limitations: For tables you can currently only apply it to the full table, and for lists the ul/ol-nodes only, e.g.:

  * Orange
  * Banana

```
