1e5de9d225 Added the [Lenna/Lena sample 
image](http://www.cs.cmu.edu/~chuck/lennapg/) as tif and created a png,
jpeg and webp version using Imagick convert `convert lena.tif
lena.{png,jpg,webp}`.
