David Grudl 48ea525b04 * DibiDriver::query -> DibiDriver::nativeQuery
* Dibi::query moved to DibiDriver::query
* methods getFields(), detectTypes(), getMetaData() moved to base class DibiDriver
* added PDO driver (not tested)
