Tests: e107EmailTest::testMsgHTML(): Enforce SMTP-style line endings
...
On older PHP versions, the line ending seems to be indeterminate?
Changing the test mailer from "mail" to "smtp" should enforce CRLF
line endings instead of maybe CRLF, maybe LF.
