* Added `language` and `direction` properties to WebAppView

* Use properties `language` and `direction` in app.blade.php

* Added WebAppView::setDescription to set the meta description

* Whoops! Changed "ltr" to \'ltr\'. Thanks StyleCI :)

* Removed unnecessary `= null` for

* Changed `.. ? .. : ..` to `.. ?: ..`. Useful thing right there ;)
