! Experimental support for some proprietary CSS attributes allowed: opacity (and all of the browser-specific equivalents) and scrollbar colors. Enable by setting %CSS.Proprietary to true.
- Colors missing # but in hex form will be corrected
- CSS Number algorithm improved
