[2.1.0] Standalone file now can be generated using maintenance/merge-library.php. Also:

Browse Source 
- HTMLPURIFIER_PREFIX constant added, and relevant files transitioned over
- Custom ChildDef added to default include list
- Tester accepts ?standalone parameter
