[1.3.0] More control of URIs granted
# Invalid images are now removed, rather than replaced with a dud <img src="" alt="Invalid image" />. Previous behavior can be restored with new directive %Core.RemoveInvalidImg set to false. ! New directives %URI.DisableExternalResources and %URI.DisableResources !
