6f37638cae - fixing some very very nasty opera bugs by changing the clearing method we use.

9693f31404 add bidi.css for RTL support - we still use .rtl to be able to put special rules within the parsed stylesheet. since bidi.css is included after colours.css we ommit any colours there too. Still a lot to do here - i saw a lot of areas in need of some love (jumpbox, top links, topic/post icons, forum pagination)

91bd630ba0 grrr... although only using fieldset dd:after instead of fieldset dl:after will fix the "opera dropdown box" issue it was only a test to determine the problematic area.

1b32236b1e hopefully not too late in the game. Checked in new jabber class (the class done by the flyspray project). It would be nice if this could be tested with more servers - jabber.org seems to work fine...

0d7b31e884 added subforum read/unread icons (thanks to thatbitextra for providing them). 
fixed issue with forum passwords only alloweing ASCII in administration while allowing non-ASCII on user-entered passwords

2b020b033d - ok, the move cursor really looks strange while having small images (without thumbnailing) attached. The con here is that users may only notice the "view complete image" feature by accidently clicking on a large image. 
- also try to not capitalize (uppercase is only giving problems sometimes; but able to be solved by translators, capitalize just does not work for some languages)

a999240e99 #10833 
For reasons best known to Microsoft's IE7 team, it appears that "50% 50%" background image on a floated element puts the image in the centre of the viewport, rather than the sane thing of the content block.

Sticking it to "top left" fixes it (a 11px by 11px image in an 11px by 11px block, either of the 4 corners and dead centre are technically equivalent)... but question begs why it needed fixing in the first place. @_@ "Standards compliant browser"... right.

fc79bc4ed8 Usability enhancement, actually make use of existing, differing CSS classes to style subforum links differently. Am currently "ghetto-ing" it by reusing viewtopic icons within the imageset. Like it or loath it? If the former, will go about getting the imageset update with new appropiate extra mini-icons. :)

d4b18ffb78 Blargh! Continuation of bug #9546 and some initial RTL related stuff. All prosilver images now have dimensions defined and CSS tidied up and refactored such that all localised images will show with their proper dimensions (eg: English imageset, "Locked Topic" and "New PM" had "phantom" white space to their right as clickable area)... which means languages like Turkish and Chinese, which typically have much short language strings can now have more "compact" images... and whatever languages that need 15+ characters for the equivalent of "Post" can now do so without having to shoehorn into a 96px width "big button".

887863e5c5 - overhaul of imagesets 
imagesets are now "intelligently" multilingual, one may use imagesets inside of CSS files now (as well as properties like the width and height of an imageset's image)
all previous styles should change their imageset.cfg to be like prosilver and subsilver2 (notice how there is now an imageset.cfg in the /en folder, there should be one for each language)

9ca34f8dfa Sync prosilver-ACP's feature to prosilver template (vanilla & website)... Always show a scrollbar for short pages - stops the jump when the scrollbar appears, non-ie browsers.
