b39b0369aa [feature/sqlite3] Add support for SQLite 3

b8c55291ed [feature/soft-delete] Lay the groundwork for a soft-delete feature 
So far, I've added no new functionality.  The biggest change here is adjusting the DB column names to "visibility" rather than "approved".  Some things here are pretty likely to change, for example the name and location of the topic_visibility class. Happy birthday phpBB :)

This applies to avatar_path,avatar_gallery_path,smilies_path and
upload_path.
Currently, the convertor gets each path from the config table and adds a
trailing slash. If there is no entry in the config table for the path, the
path can never be empty because of the added trailing slash. This patch
will check the path without the trailing slash to see if the path is
actually empty.

d5dc70cbe3 [ticket/10407] Fix check for empty image paths in convertor 
This applies to avatar_path,avatar_gallery_path,smilies_path and
upload_path.
Currently, the convertor gets each path from the config table and adds a
trailing slash. If there is no entry in the config table for the path, the
path can never be empty because of the added trailing slash. This patch
will temporarily remove the trailing slash, then check if the path is
empty.

433de350c0 - [Feature] New "Newly Registered Users" group for assigning permissions to newly registered users. They will be removed from this group once they reach a defineable amount of posts. 
- [Feature] Ability to define if the "Newly Registered Users" group will be assigned as the default group to newly registered users.

As a coincidence also Bug #46535 got fixed.
Additionally the error message displayed with trigger_error() if accessing the private message tab in the ucp is now displayed inline in addition to a slightly different message for newly registered users to let them know that access permissions may be lifted over time.

5c4870fcce Fix one design failure in phpBB3. Do not count non-approved posts to the user_posts. Before, a user was able to circumvent basically any protection based on post counts. 
At the same time implement the queue_trigger feature.
