Uses 9312 instead of 3312 as default port for searchd to listen on according to latest sphinx documentation. Use filename sphinxapi.php instead of old one. PHPBB3-10946

INSTALLING DEPENDENCIES
To be able to run an installation from the repo (and not from a pre-built package) you need to run the following commands to install phpBB's dependencies.
cd phpBB
curl -s http://getcomposer.org/installer | php
php composer.phar install
