[core] extract BridgeAbstract methods to make them functions

Browse Source 
- returnError, returnServerError, returnClientError ,debugMessage are
  moved to lib/error.php

- getContents, getSimpleHTMLDOM, getSimpleHTMLDOMCached are moved to
  lib/contents.php
