fe2f3d65b5 Fix Instagram ripper 
The "rhx_gis" variable was removed by Instagram.
It seems like we can still fetch pages without it, so I set it to an empty string.

If needed, it could also be removed from the ripper (since it no longer serves any purpose).

Fixes RipMeApp/ripme#1314
