Added new javascript Widget for reordering of elements via drag and drop by firing an ajax request.
...
The Behavior contains logic to process an incoming reorder request.
jquery-ui-core-int.min.js was added to widget resources, but may be better added to the core js of the application. (Did not know how to do that)
