954ec82fd0 body and html close were being printed twice! Number of XHTML 
errors highly reduced by the form-table mix remains...

755a1c4b02 XHTML closing some input tags. But this page doesn't validate at 
all because the table/form intermixed tags!

1a11dfd14a iNow FileManager is using the new, central zip_files() function. 
Only tested under MacOS X. It should support all the new
features of that function (Win32 external zip, imporved security...).

TODO: Create the unzip_file() function and use it here too!!
      Apply this changes to the rest of filemanagers (coursefiles.php...)
      TEST, TEST, TEST...!!

839f2456bb XHTML compliance 
- fixed (hopefully) all <img> tags
- global replace on <br> to <br />
- &amp; in URLs
