Two new constants: GRADE_REPORT_PREFERENCE_INHERIT and GRADE_REPORT_PREFERENCE_DEFAULT with string values
removed GRADE_REPORT_GRADE_DISPLAY_TYPE_INHERIT in favour of the above
Added a number of language strings.
