9d866ae0f1 Merged from MOODLE_15_STABLE - make_categories_list(): initialize variables correctly to cover up for broken call convention. Passing unset variables by ref to be populated is a BAD idea. 359484a063 Wrong syntax fixed. Bug 4014. 
Curiosly, the bug is in 1.4 and HEAD, but no in 1.5... Uhmmm,
be careful with those merges... ;-)
