moodler	de909d238d	Adding a beta version of Rich Text Editor, for embedding into Moodle ... forms (forums, readings, journals etc). Works only on IE 5.5 and later. Slightly customised for a slimmer toolbar.	2002-10-10 07:21:32 +00:00
