There's a "parse error" report (http://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=11423)
which I cannot reproduce in a flash, but maybe this should fix it? I just added
some semicolons after the echoes and before the PHP closing tag.

Fix for bug 1330:
Now when creating a new event you only have to select a group. And you are
always limited to the current course and its groups.

Now when creating events you don't select a course, the current course is
selected implicitly.

Admins can now filter events by course and set events for groups and courses
regardless of whether they are course members.
