9dfe870449 MDL-51888 mod_resource: cache file details for performance 
If file details (size, type, date) are configured to be displayed we cache them
in course cache raw and build the display string in user language/timezone when
displaying. Also changed behat test not to fail in 2016

112aed6035 MDL-9443 core_files: Also filter .xhtml resources. 
Change the filters to treat .xhtml files the same as .html,
so they are filtered by both "All files" and "HTML files only".

b2b4ec308e MDL-41283 report_participation: Added phpdoc about function not used 
In new logging api, xxx_get_view_actions() and xxx_get_post_actions()
will not be used to identify the paticipation of user. Event's crud
and edulevel status will define user's participation.

6b8b0b2e68 MDL-34400 Libraries : maintained naming rule by removing stray mod_ function and class prefixes from activity modules.

559276b153 MDL-32247,MDL-32831,MDL-32900 Use correct url building of file type icons 
- function get_mimetypes_array() now contains also information about filetype groups and language strings
- use 'smart' human-readable mimetype description
- never determine filetype group based on filetype icon image! remove function mimeinfo_from_icon()
- get rid of class filetype_parser and file lib/filestorage/file_types.mm, replaced with functions file_get_typegroup(), file_extension_in_typegroup() and file_mimetype_in_typegroup()
- support multiple icon sizes, not only 16 and 32
- retrieve filetype icon only using proper functions file_..._icon() from lib/filelib.php throughout the code
- increase size of repository thumbnails to 90 and icons to 24 (will take effect when new icons exist)

3e4c243500 MDL-27001 'Show description' feature part 3: Implementation for all modules 
For modules that still used the 'old' generic object return from _get_coursemodule_info instead of returning a cached_cm_info object, I changed them to use the new format as part of this. This made a few areas of code regarding onclick links slightly nicer.

2b04c41c58 MDL-27471 Adding mandatory component & ratingarea to the ratings API + other fixes 
* Added the component and ratingarea fields and implemented it throughout
  the rating API as mandatory fields
* Cleanup rating indexes
* Upgrade forum/data/glossary ratings
* Moved the logic in the render_rating method to methods of the rating object.
* Added new callback for checking ratingareas
* Cleaned comments here and there
* Mark the xxx_get_participants methods as deprecated
* Refactor rate_ajax and ratingsuser_can_view_aggregate methods
* Cleaned up rating/index.php to use html_table object and moved inline styles to CSS.
* Added missing properties of the rating object that were being set throughout the rating
  API.
