Note that, with MDL-57266, we are changine the comment to be:

in order to make to make to make it clearer that it's an
automatic (part of the release process) comment and should not

0ab8b33754 MDL-29110 enrol_self: improve send course welcome message setting 
This commit change send course welcome message to a drop-down that now supports sending emails from:
- Course contact
- Enrolment key holder
- No reply address
Also moves part of the logic of handling send welcome email from to a new method get_welcome_email_contact() and unit test for this new method.

33b6da5327 MDL-52105 enrol_self: Fix wrong holdkey cap restriction for manager 
This commit add an upgrade step to remove wrong CAP_PROHIBIT on enrol/self:holdkey for manager role.
Also remove the restriction from the self enrolment access file.

e8c82aac82 MDL-51580 upgrade: clean < 2.7.0 upgrade steps 
This just deletes all the upgrade steps previous to 2.7.0. Some
small adjustments, like adding missing MOODLE_INTERNAL or tweaking
globals can also be applied when needed.

Next commit will get rid of/deprecate all the upgradelib functions
not used anymore in codebase.

7e36bb7197 MDL-49034 enrol_self: Enforce maxlength in self enrolment form fields. 
Alter self enrolment creation form to enforce max field lengths.
Limit "Custom instance name" (name) form field to 255 characters via maxlength.
Limit "Enrolment key" (password) form field to 50 characters via maxlength.

Fix for when the form is submitted causing a database write error to be thrown
as corresponding field "name" in the table mdl_enrol is set to varchar(255) and
database field "password" is varying(50).
