Variety of small fixes, but mostly related to how the recent activity
...
block is constructed. A new function exists to pump these notes out
in a standard way : print_recent_activity_note.
Module dependencies also updated because of this.

Changes since 1.13.2.4 upto 1.13.2.9 in MOODLE_14_STABLE
...
applied to HEAD!!!
Some validation code has changed and I've leave it commented
exactly as it's in MOODLE_14_STABLE. Not sure why!!
