Now wiki->name supports $CFG->filterall
...
(specifying a multilang name allows to have different start pages too!)
I've found some bad XHTML in this module and some inconsistencies
with different cased page-names. Are wikipages different if their name case is
different? If no, we should fix it.

All modules are now suitable for the site page. They now all follow the same rules, namely that any students enrolled in at least one course is considered to be a student on the site.
...
All the page headers work correctly also on the site course.
On the site page the modules don't require login unless necessary or required by $CFG->forcelogin.

Removed notices by introducing new function print_header_simple() which works on site as well as in courses without extra logic.

Wiki module, copied from contrib/wiki.
...
I've left out stuff that didn't seem necessary ... including a lot
of the Wiki plugins which were quote large... I'm not sure if this
is currently working ... I'm about to try it out.
