- Remove 'showmore' logic from the base availability_info renderable.
Other components rendering the availability information should handle the showmore/showless behaviour themselves.
- Deprecate JS module and string.
- Move availability_info header generation logic to a new protected function to improve code readability.

This implementation will de-couple the participant filter from
core user to core so its easily usable to any api in core or any
community plugin. This removes the dependency from the core_user
and creates a nice api where it can produce filterable objects.

The following lang strings have been undepecated, as they are still
in use:
* errorcoursewronglypublished, core_hub
* eventrolecapabilitiesupdated, core_role
Apart from reorganising the information displayed in the external badges
page, this information has been moved to reuse the template created in
MDL-71937, to make it easier to modify and maintain.
This removes the three-month pseudo block from along the side of the
main calendar, and deprecates relevant files/methods which will no
longer be in use.
The Flash Player was deprecated in 2017 and officially discontinued
on 31 December 2020, so media_swf player has been completely
removed from Moodle core.
Corresponding move of language string invalidpersistenterror following
move of class invalid_persistent_exception in MDL-57273.

Converted the Calendar URL string to a read-only text input containing
the calendar URL. Pressing the "Copy URL" button will copy the calendar
URL to the clipboard.
Fixed Behat tests as well for the export feature. With the calendar URL
in a text input that clips the whole URL, the `preset_what` URL
parameter cannot be seen by the "I should see" step. Worked around
this by checking that the actual value attribute of the calendar URL
text input contains the preset_what parameter.
Plus: Deprecate the calendarurl string. It will be replaced by a new
lang string that does not contain the actual calendar URL.

Final deprecation for constant BADGE_BACKPACKURL (it has been removed)
and badges/backpack.js file (it has been removed too).
Besides, some methods have started the deprecation process too:
- badges_check_backpack_accessibility
- badges_setup_backpack_js()
- badges_local_backpack_js()
Apart from that, string 'addbackpack' has been deprecated here
because it's not used anywhere.
The $CFG->badges_site_backpack setting has been completely removed
because it's not required anymore. From now, the primary site
backpack will be the first one in the "Manage backpacks" list (so,
the one with lower sortorder value).
