1. getMock()
2. setExpectedException()
3. checkForUnintentionallyCoveredCode renamed to beStrictAboutCoversAnnotation
4. beStrictAboutTestSize renamed to enforceTimeLimit
5. UnitTestCase class is now fully removed.
