koenr dad42486fc Fixes, necessary for conversion to utf8 
Big5 is a two-byte/character encoded language wich uses sometimes the byte for backslash in the definition of a character.
This causes trouble with the embeded moodle language editor. Please use only plain text editor to edit these language files
