Angelia Dela Cruz ebbe96905a MDL-78498 Behat: Use data generators for forum posts and replies ...

This commit does few things:
* Replace manual forum posts and replies to use data generator.
* It also changes the code to handle social forums.
* Other behat clean-ups and optimization.
