Prefixed Rector can be installed even on very old Symfony.
Install
composer require rector/rector-prefixed --dev
# generate "rector.php" config
vendor/bin/rector init
# dry run
vendor/bin/rector process src --dry-run
# changing run
vendor/bin/rector process src
