Some PHPUnit tests were concerned with the state of files in the `build` directory. In order to allow the tests to run without requiring a build to be run first, these have been moved into assertions that run after the build step (and therefore cause it to fail if they do not pass), or into QUnit tests as necessary.
Various other PHPUnit tests implictly depend on built JavaScript files being present. These files are now touched during the test setup to avoid PHP warnings if the `build` files are not present.
The `wp-tests-config-sample.php` file and the GitHub Actions configuration have also been changed so `ABSPATH` uses `src` instead of `build`, therefore allowing the PHPUnit tests to be run without a build having to be run first. This means all new local installations of WordPress will use `src` for PHPUnit testing. If you would like to switch your existing installation over then change the location of `ABSPATH` in `wp-tests-config.php` to point to `src` instead of `build`.

The REST API requests in Site Health and App Passwords now include `_locale=user` in the request URL to ensure the user's locale is used instead of the site locale. Additionally, the `apiRequest` library now sends a JSON `Accept` header which is required by `determine_locale()` to respect the `_locale` query parameter.
The Site Health REST API controllers now manually load the default admin textdomain if not `is_admin()`. This allows for the Site Health tests to be translated even though the translations are part of the administration project and the REST API is not.

When constructing the request URL, ensure that `?` is replaced with `&` when the API root already contains a `?`. Fixes an issue where requests were broken when sites had permalinks set to plain.

Update the way and location the JavaScript client determines which models/endpoints require the `force=true` parameter when being deleted to avoid a `rest_trash_not_supported` error. Identify models with endpoints that support DELETE, excluding those that support the trash (posts and pages by default). Also, move the check into the default `wp.api.WPApiBaseModel.initialize()` function.

Add two new helper functions, `wp.api.getModelByRoute` and `wp.api.getCollectionByRoute`. Passed a route, they return the matching model or collection, or `undefined` if none is found.
Also adds tests to verify these functions work as expected.

The REST API does not provide a mechanism to distinguish between endpoints representing models and those representing collections, so the Backbone client must make that distinction internally. Previously wp-api.js accounted for `/users/me`, but not for `/settings`. This patch updates the logic so that `/settings` is properly registered as a Backbone model.
When calling `wp.api.init`, additional endpoints can be specified to be models using the `modelEndpoints` argument.

Enable connecting to multiple wp-api `endpoints`. Calling `wp.api.init` with a new `apiRoot` will parse the new endpoint's schema and store a new set of models and collections. A collection of connected endpoints is stored in `wp.api.endpoints`.

Add QUnit tests for the parsing of custom namespace routes. Add a custom schema fixture based on the `wp-js-widgets` plugin. Test that the client can parse the widget namespace in the schema and correctly construct the expected group of models and collections. Also includes a small unrelated QUnit fix to ensure nav-menu test passes when it is loaded without its tests executing as well as a small jshint fix, adding a missing semicolon since [40107].

Add QUnit tests: verify that wp-api loads correctly, verify that the expected base models and collections exist and can be instantiated, verify that collections contain the correct models, verify that expected helper functions are in place for each collection.
The QUnit tests rely on two fixture files: `tests/qunit/fixtures/wp-api-generated.js` contains the data response from each core endpoint and is generated by running the PHPUnit `restapi-jsclient` group. `tests/qunit/fixtures/wp-api.js` maps the generated data to endpoint routes, and overrides `Backbone.ajax` to mock the responses for the tests.
Add PHPUnit tests in `tests/phpunit/tests/rest-api/rest-schema-setup.php`. First, verify that the API returns the expected routes via `server->get_routes()`. Then, the `test_build_wp_api_client_fixtures` test goes thru each endpoint and requests it from the API, tests that it returns data, and builds up the data for the mocked QUnit tests, saving the final results to `tests/qunit/fixtures/wp-api-generated.js`.
Add a new grunt task `restapi-jsclient` which runs the phpunit side data generation and the qunit tests together.

This plugin can automatically format text patterns as you type. It includes two patterns: unordered (`* ` and `- `) and ordered list (`1. ` and `1) `). If the transformation in unwanted, the user can undo the change by pressing backspace, using the undo shortcut, or the undo button in the toolbar.
This is the first TinyMCE plugin that has unit tests and there's some good groundwork for adding tests to existing plugins in the future.
