Added Peridot

Removed EnhancePHP as it's not been touched in years and has fewer stars than a test-framework @codeguy bounced earlier today. 

Removed punit as their website has vanished and their github repo hasn't been touched since 2012.

Contact me if you think either should come back, but we probably don't need to worry about it. Peridot is really good, go look at it.
