c7f4b543ab contribute: remove info about guide-meta channel 
r/3ds isn't exactly the place for that discussion. On the other hand,
NH invites aren't working.

There is no issue facilitating this discussion via GitHub issues for
now, so let's just drop this temporarily.

6b691b28f2 configure-luma3ds: clarify boot.firm status 
- As of B9S 1.4, missing boot.firm will also show a status notification LED. So that should be added to the message.
- Link Luma3DS boot.firm in case people don't have it for some reason (not all guide paths have people directly download it due to AIOs for MSET9 and skater, so we can't assume people have it)

28e18ada39 mset9-*: keycombo for if top screen init fail 
SafeB9SInstaller sometimes doesn't properly display the top screen (or also bottom screen sometimes, but that is not covered by this PR). If the bottom screen is still displaying then we can safely just tell people to enter the key combo blindly.

161cb609f0 browserhax: fallback to MSET9 if DS mode is not working 
Some devices run into a specific error on exploits that make use of
kernelhaxcode_3ds:
- PrepareArm9ForTwl returned error c8804631!

This was traced down to the agbhax exploit chain, which is used under
the following conditions:
- NATIVE_FIRM
- 11.4 or newer

However, if the "DS Internet" title is broken or missing, the exploit
will fail.

In these cases, fall back to MSET9, which doesn't have any of the above
issues, at the expense of convenience.

a774ae7fb1 workflow: allow Crowdin downloads to fail to commit 
This happens when there are no changes to commit. This happens fairly
often, as we may not have new translations. Git seems to think this
warrants a non-zero exit code.

That is as may be, but it is completely harmless to us, so ignore it.

dee46da43e workflow: add automation of syncing translations from Crowdin 
This will poll translations from Crowdin bi-weekly, test a build to
make sure that the site will compile, and then push to the main branch.

This saves the effort of manually syncing translations.
