Commit 7318658017 removed apostrophes from dates and that caused
dibi to build different queries. Compare:
...WHERE `date_created` < '2014-02-21';
vs.
...WHERE `date_created` < 2014-02-21;

Now, when sql returns float from (0,1) interval, e.g. '.842' - the decimal part is missing & it won't get cast to float.
This is fix for that situation
