This reverts commit303fc646ad, reversing changes made to9c28470ad7. The correct fix should be to alter the container file name to start with container_ prefix. PHPBB3-11199

INSTALLING DEPENDENCIES
To be able to run an installation from the repo (and not from a pre-built package) you need to run the following commands to install phpBB's dependencies.
cd phpBB
php ../composer.phar install --dev
