When performing an action on users in the ACP Inactive Users, such as activating, deleting, or reminding, trigger_error is now called to give a notification that the action was performed PHPBB3-7598

INSTALLING DEPENDENCIES
To be able to run an installation from the repo (and not from a pre-built package) you need to run the following commands to install phpBB's dependencies.
cd phpBB
curl -s http://getcomposer.org/installer | php
php composer.phar install
CONTRIBUTE
