There are probably better ways to do this. Suggestions are welcome. This aims to make it easier to keep the popup dialogs consistent even though the code gets a little more verbose.
Compiling Tomahawk
------------------
$ mkdir build && cd build
$ cmake ..
$ make
Start the application on Linux:
$ ./tomahawk
Start the application on OS X:
$ open tomahawk.app
