5bfbe04e24 unregistration MDL-22956 force unregistration/clean data try a last chance ws call (even though it should also fail) to unregister from the hub. This is implemented in case a site admin recieved a spam email and did "naively" the unregistration. 2010-06-28 03:48:40 +00:00

d2b6ee29f2 Assignment MDL-22611 a few changes to the assignment section, Changes include 
- display grading as a main page navigation sequence rather than a popup (this addressed a few navigation issues with popup)
- grading forms now use moodle form. swapped grading form button positions to reduce human error.
- fixed file area issues with assignment submissions. (see MDL-22608)
- other minor changes : headings, titles

096ec8d63d MDL-21695 Cleaning up legacy strings and help 
Text of help pages Read carefully, Write carefully and Ask questions
moved to wiki by Helen. Text formatting help removed, to be
re-introduced properly in editors rewrite. Unused editorhelp form
element removed completely.

f675815e97 Portfolio plugins explicitly requires parent library with superclass definition 
I have discovered a bug with GoogleDocs portfolio in events. An event
handler was defined in googledocs/lib.php and so the cron included just
this library. But the inclusion failed because the superclass
portfolio_plugin_push_base was not known to cron.

IMHO it is generally good habit to require_once the file which defines
the parent classes.

e330b3a1a9 MDL-22052 Reverted - string_exists uses caches again 
I added the third parameter in the previous commit without exploring the
consequences. Now I see that string_exists is called too many often and
it must not rebuild caches again and again.
