adding a way to test the user image border removal code. Needs some speed

testing to see whether this is feasible to do during upgrade for larger
sites. Just a stand alone page (like userpix) which requires admin rights.

rolling back my filename changing code to follow Martin's suggestion for

a more elegant solution to the black border. Towards that end added a
routine to zoom in on image, cropping the border (if resampling available)
or interpolate from neighbouring pixels otherwise.
