Added Sturdy sized variant files

This version used for the kits 1-6 at the GIST FOTM. Z axis length increased to 200mm. Added the Dibond variant that uses nuts in the parts instead of tapped holes. Added a ducted fan to the X carriage. Added a spool holder and filament dust wiper. Default hot end is now J-Head MK4. Default electronics is now Melzi plus ATX PSU on the mendel and dibond versions. The right hand stay has been moved inwards and base corner radius reduced to allow and ATX PSU to be mounted inboard. Mounting brackets for ATX PSU added. The electronics are now above the PSU. Mains inlet cover added for non ATX PSUs. Dummy load resistors added for ATX PSU. The extruder now has a groove mount for the JHead. Extruder connector increased from 9 way to 15 way to allow an IDC socket. The extruder ribbon cable is now 14 way to allow three wires for the heater. Added an extruder break out PCB. Wade's idler bracket now a bit wider to allow more tolerance on the length of the axle. Extruder motor screws now longer and hex head. The hobbed bolt now has two nuts and a star washer instead of one nut and a spring. Increased the bed ribbon cable to 26 way to make it standard size. Y carriage made a bit smaller. Thermistor added to the bed assembly. Bed cooling fan made an optional extra. Made the Z top limit switch the default. The X idler now has two bearings. Lead nuts now brass. Various design improvements: The X ends now have much stronger bar clamps and the nut traps are moved to the top for less lead screw wobble. X motor bracket now has two screws in the front of the motor and one at the back allowing it to be much smaller. The Z couplings now use neoprene tubing instead of PVC and close completely. The tube end caps are now nut traps to allow the tube to just have a single hole. The rear fixing blocks now have the central screw going the other way so have onyl two nut traps. The extruder springs now have washers to increase the default tension. The spool holder now has the washers on the outside of the spool. The carriage fan bracket has been strengthened. The fan duct now has a hole to cool the top of the hot end. Small printed parts now aggregated onto one build plate. Hole in the Wade's big gear increased slightly. The heat shield is now 5 layers of cardboard instead of foil and an air gap. Bom generation and exploded view mode can now be enabled on the command line. The assembly diagrams for the manual are now built from the command line. Some mods for the Huxley version but still broken. Fixed the long ATX bracket holes ending coincident with the face. Can now have non square print beds. Cap screws now shown silver instead of black as now all BZP. Now shows the motor wire position. % operator no longer used for transparency as OpenScad behaviour has changed. Now includes the Skeinforge and Pronteface configurations on the SD card of priovided in the kit.

Various design improvements: The X ends now have much stronger bar clamps and the nut traps are moved to the top for less lead screw wobble. X motor bracket now has two screws in the front of the motor and one at the back allowing it to be much smaller. The Z couplings now use neoprene tubing instead of PVC and close completely. The tube end caps are now nut traps to allow the tube to just have a single hole. The rear fixing blocks now have the central screw going the other way so have onyl two nut traps. The extruder springs now have washers to increase the default tension. The spool holder now has the washers on the outside of the spool. The carriage fan bracket has been strengthened. The fan duct now has a hole to cool the top of the hot end. Small printed parts now aggregated onto one build plate. Hole in the Wade's big gear increased slightly. The heat shield is now 5 layers of cardboard instead of foil and an air gap. Bom generation and exploded view mode can now be enabled on the command line. The assembly diagrams for the manual are now built from the command line. Some mods for the Huxley version but still broken. Fixed the long ATX bracket holes ending coincident with the face. Can now have non square print beds. Cap screws now shown silver instead of black as now all BZP. Now shows the motor wire position. % operator no longer used for transparency as OpenScad behaviour has changed. Now includes the Skeinforge and Pronteface configurations on the SD card of priovided in the kit.

The right hand stay has been moved inwards and base corner radius reduced to allow and ATX PSU to be mounted inboard. Mounting brackets for ATX PSU added. The electronics are now above the PSU. Mains inlet cover added for non ATX PSUs. Dummy load resistors added for ATX PSU. The extruder now has a groove mount for the JHead. Extruder connector increased from 9 way to 15 way to allow an IDC socket. The extruder ribbon cable is now 14 way to allow three wires for the heater. Added an extruder break out PCB. Wade's idler bracket now a bit wider to allow more tolerance on the length of the axle. Extruder motor screws now longer and hex head. The hobbed bolt now has two nuts and a star washer instead of one nut and a spring. Increased the bed ribbon cable to 26 way to make it standard size. Y carriage made a bit smaller. Thermistor added to the bed assembly. Bed cooling fan made an optional extra. Made the Z top limit switch the default. The X idler now has two bearings. Lead nuts now brass. Added metal pulleys as an option. T2.5 belts added as an option. Nut traps added to the Y carrige ribbon clamp. Corner shields and support material added to X motor bracket. Belt length calculations more accurate. Axis limit switch positions and overtravel optimised. Washer sizes tweaked. Ziptie length tweaked. PVC tubing diameter changed.

Z bar clamps made both the same. Y bearing mounts made all the same and switch tab made smaller. Manual updated to reflect those changes. Mod to ATX short bracket to make bridges work. Base of support structure on dust filter made thicker. JHeadMK5 made default on sturdy and mendel variants. Melzi and ATX PSU made default on strudt variant as well. Fixed case error in use of ATX_PSU_brackets. Fixed missing screw length for resistors on MDF.

This version used for the kits 1-6 at the GIST FOTM. Z axis length increased to 200mm. Added the Dibond variant that uses nuts in the parts instead of tapped holes.
