805b4ea427 Added vero_bed config option for huxley. 
Moved screw sizes to vitamins.scad so it can be used stand alone.
Added capped option to hole_support.
Fixed bug in rounded_cylinder().

ca52761279 Changes for huxley. 
Fixing block now uses hull() instead of Minkowski() for speed.
Cleaner STL for ribbon clamps.

e853cfbe30 Replaced minkowski with scale, child with children, and removed assign. 
Added thinner fan for Huxley.
Added missing nut for M2 screw.
Ball bearings can now position children.

e0ee0fa2da Cleaned up spool holder. 
Now uses offset instead of Minkowski.

d4d427dd80 Files genearted with new OpenScad, evrything changes but should be the 
same functionally.

Modified the viewpoints for the assembly diagrams to cope with new perspective.

6af1338f3f Sheets.py now removes the scad files it generates. 
Bodge for race condition on Win7.
Note PDF files have change due to new version of InkScape but should look the same.

83c6659172 Render.py can now do a single file. 
Added delay after rmtree() to avoid race condition on Win7 with SSD.
