Removing the extra debug info now that bug 2431 was fixed.
...
I can't believe that this insignificant workaround actually solved the
problem. This is most probably a bug with PHP and static initialization
of array variables.

Taking out addition of wrongly named metacourse tables for first upgrade. Those who are tracking head will have already gotten it, but those upgrading from 1.4 to 1.5 don't need to see it.
